Location Data: Kyntab collects location data only when a user actively triggers a "Check-in" or "SOS" alert. This data is used solely to facilitate emergency response.

User Information: We collect the minimum information necessary to identify you to your designated emergency contacts (Name, Email, and Phone Number).
No Passive Tracking: Kyntab does not engage in background movement logging or "breadcrumbing" unless an active emergency state is triggered by the user.

Data Disclosure & Legal Requests
Kyntab utilizes end-to-end encryption for sensitive alerts. We do not sell your data. We will only disclose account information if compelled by a valid legal order from a jurisdiction with authority over our operations, and we will notify the user of such requests unless legally prohibited from doing so.

Your Control
You maintain the right to delete your account and all associated data at any time. Once deleted, this information is purged from our active servers.

1. 4. Indemnification To the maximum extent permitted by law, the user agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Kyntab, The Stringer Foundation, and its partners (including GDI) from any claims, losses, or suits—including those involving personal injury or death—arising out of:

   • The failure of the app to transmit an alert.

   • Inaccuracies in GPS or location data.

   • The actions or inactions of third-party emergency responders.

2. 5. Limitation of Liability In no event shall Kyntab or its affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from the use of, or inability to use, the Kyntab platform.

1. 1. Service Limitation Kyntab provides tools to assist in the management of personal security and emergency coordination. However, security in high-risk environments is inherently unpredictable. Kyntab does not, and cannot, guarantee the physical safety or digital security of any user.

2. 2. No Warranty The service is provided "As-Is." We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the reliability, timeliness, or accuracy of location data or the availability of response services in any specific geography.

Assumption of Risk By using Kyntab, the user acknowledges that they are operating in potentially dangerous environments and voluntarily assumes all risks associated with their professional activities. The use of this app does not replace professional security training or local situational awareness.
